Breaking the Period Poverty Cycle In many rural regions of Tanzania, menstruation is still treated with stigma. RLEO works on the ground to: 1. Distribute Eco-Friendly Sanitary Kits: We provide reusable pads that last for up to three years, reducing waste and saving families money. 2. School Outreach: We build "Dignity Rooms" in schools—private spaces where girls can change and wash with clean water, ensuring they don't drop out. 3. Sanitation Infrastructure: Helping communities build ventilated improved pit (VIP) latrines to prevent waterborne diseases.

Beekeeping
Financial Stability
Beekeeping is a "magic bullet" for rural empowerment. It requires low physical labor, utilizes land that is often unsuitable for crops, and provides high-value products like honey, wax, and propolis. The "Queen Bee" Initiative We don't just give out hives; we build entrepreneurs. Our program includes: • Technical Training: Modern beekeeping techniques using top-bar and Langstroth hives. • Safety Gear: Providing locally made veils, gloves, and smokers. • Market Access: RLEO helps women package their "Legacy Honey" and connect with buyers in Dar es Salaam, Arusha, and international markets. Environmental Impact By keeping bees, our women become the frontline defenders of Tanzania’s forests. Bees pollinate local crops, increasing food security, while the income from honey removes the need for charcoal burning or illegal logging.
